Appointment Guide

Examinees arriving for disability evaluations should expect to spend four to five hours in our offices for their appointment. The majority of the appointment will be spent completing standardized psychometric testing. For this task, we provide ergonomic office chairs and an easel for easier viewing. At some point during the testing, the doctor will interrupt and conduct an interview.

In addition, you may be asked to go over the forms you complete with a psychologist in our offices. Treatment services will not be provided.

The building is wheelchair accessible and a cafeteria is available during normal business hours. We do ask that visitors keep cell phone calls to an absolute minimum during their time in our offices.

Reminder: Please do not forget your glasses if you need them to read!
